For the one who became the one in charge
Add the documents you already have. Clara reads them, tells you what they mean, gets you ready for the next appointment, and keeps the history so you never explain the backstory twice.
Clara is the assistant inside the app. She is who you talk to.
No card. No account yet. One email when it opens.

What this means
Not medical advice.
Add what you already have. Photograph the discharge page, the lab result, the pill bottle.
Ask Clara anything, at 11 pm. She answers from the documents in front of her, and says so when they do not say.
Walk in with one page. Your questions and what changed since the last visit, ready to hand over or read aloud.
Clara
Ask her what a word meant, what changed since the last visit, or what you should ask on Tuesday. She checks in on you, too. A question on the days that look hard, not a notification that wants something from you.
She does not diagnose, prescribe, or change a dose.
She does not contact your doctors, your family, or anyone else. She writes it. You decide whether to send it.
She does not sell, share, or train on your family's health information.
She does not guess. When the documents do not say, she says so.
A check in, not a notification.
Why I am building this
A nurse called to tell me my mother had severe aortic stenosis. I asked him what that meant. He said he did not know.
He also mentioned, almost in passing, that she had been waiting a couple of months to see a cardiologist. Nobody had told us that either.
So I went into action mode, because there was nobody else to do it. I learned what her condition was, what the numbers meant, and what to ask. I have been the one holding all of it ever since.
I am building this so the next person does not have to start from nothing on the worst phone call of her year.

My mother also has chronic kidney disease. Before one of her procedures I asked her care team how they planned to protect her kidneys during it. A year earlier that question would never have occurred to me. In May 2026 she had her aortic valve replaced, and she recovered well.
At one of her appointments, her cardiologist asked me whether I worked in medicine. I do not.
